2. Accounts

Single account policy. One account per person. Multiple accounts result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts without refund of wallet balances.

Accurate registration. Register with your real active mobile number. False information may lead to suspension.

Credential security. Your password and OTP codes are your responsibility. We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.

Referral codes. Referral codes must be entered during registration. They cannot be applied to existing accounts after creation.

Verification. We may request identity documents at any time. Failure to provide them may result in suspended access.

3. Deposits

Deposits must be made through the payment methods listed inside the platform: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfer.

Deposits must come from accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits may trigger verification.

The minimum deposit is 100 PKR for mobile wallet methods.

Use only the payment details shown inside Betnala Game during your transaction. We are not responsible for funds sent to accounts based on details from any outside source.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to your registered payment account. Betnala Game does not deduct platform fees or tax from withdrawal amounts.

Withdrawals to accounts not registered in your own name may be declined pending verification.

We may require identity documents before processing withdrawals above defined thresholds.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your saved payment account details. We are not liable for delays or misdirected funds caused by incorrect account numbers entered by the user.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses carry wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable. Requirements are displayed when claiming each bonus.

Daily free spins are subject to daily availability and eligibility conditions. Uncollected spins that expire are forfeited.

Cashback on losses applies to qualifying sessions based on current terms shown inside the platform.

We do not accept responsibility for financial losses from gameplay.

8. Account Actions

Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or permanently closed. Confirmed violations result in wallet balance forfeiture.

Accounts suspended for investigation have balances preserved. Cleared accounts are reinstated.

Players closing voluntarily should contact support. Withdrawable balances are processed before closure.
